Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Girls

In the event we are faced with ending the season prematurely, members will not be responsible for payments beyond their most recent Crossbar billing. Members who elect to pay in full at the beginning of the season will receive a proration similar to those members on the payment plan. All refunds will be prorated accordingly and will be processed at the end of the fall season. No Refunds will be issued for practice ice and coaching in the event the risk level for hockey is not changed and game plan remains prohibited. Only league and referee fees included in the player program fees will be refunded to members at the conclusion of the fall season.
